However this little guy appeared the other night. The neighborhood has been enjoying seeing him and we all sort of want him to stay. If we could just get the initials and that kind of tag erased and keep him. I don't think that the MTA (they own the ramp that he is living on) is capable of that kind of "discrimination".

He's fun... hope you get to keep him. The trouble is, I guess if they leave one... people see it as an invitation don't they?
