I THOUGHT it was cold in the apartment, but then I just shrugged it off. Forecast for tonight? 28 degrees and clear with the wind off the Hudson River at 10 to 15 MPH.

Do you ahve an electric heater of some sort? Brrr! You have my sympathy, our bioler doesn't start most mornings.... and always the ones that are really cold and frosty. Hope you get sorted soon.
